ABSTRACT

Objective: To explore the gender related differences of clinical symptoms and triggering factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in China. Methods: A population of 14 854 AMI patients with CAMI registration from 2013-01 to 2014-03 were studied, which included 10999 (74.0%) male and 3855 (26.0%) female. The gender related differences of clinical symptoms and triggering factors were analyzed in the population. Results: The chest pain and severe sweating were the most common symptoms of AMI patient, there were 66.4%of patients with persistent chest pain and 63.7%of patients with severe sweating. Male patients were more with chest pain (67.8%vs 62.4%) and severe sweating (65.8%vs 58.0%) than female, while female patients were more with radiating pain (36.0%vs 31.0%) and nausea/vomiting (35.6%vs 25.0%) than male, all P Conclusion: Chest pain and severe sweating were the most common clinical symptoms for AMI patients in China, about 1/5 of them had triggering factors and it was more in male patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinic technique and effect of treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH) with decompressor and ozone injection combined lumbar traction after surgery. Methods 110 contained LDH patients were randomly divided into two group:decompressor and ozone group, decompressor and ozone combined lumbar traction after surgery group.Under the guidance of CT,fifty-five patients in group A were treated by disc decompression with Decompressor through poster olateral approach, then ozone was injected into the lumbar disc or out side the lumbar disc, and the other fifty-five patients in group B were treated by lumbar traction after surgery that disc decompression and ozone injection same as the group A in once a day and one week of treatment. The theraputic effect was evaluated by comparing VAS,effective rate of therapy before and after treatment. Results The VAS score of two groups at 1,3,7 days between pre-and post-treatment had singificantly different(t =2.159,2.163,2.169,2.167,2.173,2.192,all P <0.05).110 case were followed up after 6 and 12 months,The good-excellent rate of therapy in B group 12 months were better than those of A group (x2 =74.23,75.11,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Decompressor combined ozone injection and lumbar traction after surgery is an effective menthod for treatment of the central type mbar disc herniation.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the clinical therapy of hand-foot-and-mouth disease, and to summarize the method of nursing intervention. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 112 pediatric patients with hand-foot-and-mouth complicated with viral encephalitis disease of our hospital from February 2009 to May 2010. The method of nursing intervention during treatment was summarized. Results According to the incidence of pediatric patients, regardless of during or after treatment, various nursing interventions were taken. And ultimately, patients were all cured, after discharge they had no significant sequelae. Conclusions There are seasonal and age differences among pediatric patients, pertinent nursing intervention should be taken in order to make patients recovery early.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and nursing ways of pulmonary surfactant in premature babies with respiratory distress syndrome. Methods From July 2008 to January 2011,63 cases of premature babies with respiratory distress syndrome were admitted to our department, pulmonary surfactant was dripped through trachea into these patients, the treatment effect after medication was observed. Results Among these premature babies, one case died of respiratory failure, one case died from pulmonary hemorrhage, sixty-one cases were cured, the cure rate was 96.8%. After treatment, the arterial blood pH, partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2) and oxygen saturation(SaO2) of the 61 patients was significantly higher than before treatment, the arterial blood partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2)、 total carbon dioxide (TCO2)、actual bicarbonate (AB)was significantly lower than before treatment. Conclusions Pulmonary surfactant combined with appropriate nursing ways is able to cure premature babies with respiratory distress syndrome effectively.
